Authentic Peruvian food. I love what I ordered which is Aji sauce with chicken and rice. And a glass of chicha morada. Taste just like Peru but at 5 times the cost. Creamy pepper sauce with chicken and rice, just comfort food. They do put a lot of fillers like potatoes in the sauce so I don't how much chicken is actually in it. I don't have a problem with service, I think only one person speak English there but service is pretty attentive

Delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff. Be warned that they put disgusting cilantro on the food as a garnish, BUT it's NOT listed on the menu as an ingredient... so if you hate the disgusting taste of cilantro, you are hereby warned to tell them NO cilantro when you order. My entree came with cilantro and they remade it for me without cilantro and garnished instead with parsley, and they were very clear that it was indeed parsley, which I could easily tell was true as parsley doesn't taste disgusting like cilantro does. It would be better if the menu listed cilantro as an item that is used to garnish so the 20% of the population who HATES cilantro can easily request that it be omitted. I really appreciated the customer service and their remaking the entree without cilantro!

10 out of 10! An amazing experience at Panca Peruvian Restaurant. I had the arroz chaufa, ceviche, lomo saltado, and choros a la chalaca — everything was absolutely delicious! Each dish had that authentic Peruvian flavor that hits just right. The ceviche was fresh and perfectly seasoned, the chaufa was flavorful and filling, the lomo saltado was juicy and tender, and the choros were the perfect way to start the meal. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. Our server, Darnell, was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Oh my gracious, Panca is so delicious. We especially like the drink made from purple corn. EXCELLENT! I got the seafood paella. My mom and I split it and we still had leftovers! The service was very nice, even though there was a little language barrier occasionally. You won't be disappointed if you go!

Great Peruvian food and the Puerto Rican Mofongo was delicious and hearty. The classic chicken had a nice smokey element and the garlic sauce was incredible. The huanicana sauce from the fried yucca was killer and could improve literally anything. We'll definitely be back, even for take-out has a great special.

12 out of 10!!! The service was amazing and the people were exceptionally friendly. We tried the ceviche and the fried rice and they were both out of this world. This is the best Peruvian restaurant in the entire greater Nashville area. Diego was an amazing host and waiter! If you love hot sauce, please make sure to dry the green sauce. It will change your life! You don’t wanna miss this spot.

I have not been to Peru, but friends of mine say this food is authentic Peruvian. I've been here a few times, and really enjoy the dishes, the unique drinks that they offer and this sweet plantains are for sure a hit! Located within the plaza Mariachi shopping center. But not inside the plaza itself. Good customer service, and pretty good atmosphere inside. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for something a little different!!

I had such a great experience at Panca Peruvian! The fish ceviche was absolutely amazing — super fresh and flavorful. I got it served in the plantain cups and wow... that combo was next level. I also tried another plantain cup with mushroom sauce and it was delicious! For my drink, I had the chicha morada (so refreshing and different!), and for my main dish, I ordered the arroz con mariscos — it was packed with flavor and I seriously loved every bite. The service was a 10/10. Darnel took care of us and did such a great job explaining every dish in detail. It made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to go back!
